5:01 PM · the phones just closed

Who answers when you're chairside?

Brooke answers your practice's line when the front desk can't: after close, during overflow, on Saturday. Every caller's name, number and reason captured and texted to your team. Month to month, on the number you already have.

At 9:30pm on a Tuesday we called 11 Georgia practices the way a patient would. Nine went to voicemail. The patient with the cracked tooth hangs up and calls the next office on the list.

The phone closes at 5. The toothache doesn't.

We called the way a patient would, and we counted the hours Georgia practices publish on their own listings.

About 62% of dentists named staffing shortages their biggest challenge of 2025 (ADA News, Feb 2025). The hours counts are from practices' own published listings; we did not call the practices we counted. Eleven calls is eleven calls, not a study, and we say so.

9:30 PM · the night shift

One call. Patient captured, on-call texted, slot held.

The patient gets a person on the first ring. Your on-call number gets the text before the call ends. A morning slot is held for your front desk to confirm. Scripted example; the live line is the real thing.

How it works · live in 5 to 7 days

Your front desk keeps the day. Brooke takes what it can't reach.

Nothing to install, nothing to port. Every test call goes through you before anything goes live.

Day 1 · the setup call

We build Brooke for your practice

Your hours, your services, the on-call number for pain and emergencies, the scheduling details you want captured. One call with Shane, and the build starts the same day.

Days 2 to 5 · test calls

You listen, you change things, you approve

Test calls land in your inbox. Say you cracked a tooth on a Sunday and listen to where she sends it. Text what to change. Nothing goes live until you've said yes.

Day 5 to 7 · live

You forward the calls you choose

After close, when both lines are busy, or every call. One setting on your phone system, undone in a minute. Your number stays yours.

What she does on your line

The voicemail pile, handled. Not the front desk.

Dental is the newest line we've built. The figure next to each item is the proof we actually have, or an honest blank.

Takes front desk overflow

When both lines are lit and the desk is checking someone out, the third caller gets Brooke instead of a ring-out. The desk keeps the patients in front of it.

8+ ringsbefore voicemail is what one practice we called at 9:30pm sounded like. Overflow sounds the same at 2pm.

Answers after close

The 5:01 call, the Saturday call, the Sunday night call. Every one answered on the first ring, every caller captured.

74%of Georgia practices close their phones by 5pm. 13% are open Saturday.

Captures every caller

Name, number, reason and preferred window, read back and texted to your team. Your office confirms the time by text in the morning, or right away if you've asked her to transfer.

9 of 11practices sent us to voicemail. None of those callers got captured.

Catches the recall and the open slot

A hygiene recall patient who finally calls back at 7pm. A cancellation that opens a slot while the desk is busy. Captured and handed to your team instead of lost to voicemail.

No client counts yet.She doesn't run your recall list. She catches the patients who answer it.

Routes pain to the number you choose

A cracked tooth, swelling, bleeding, a knocked-out tooth. She captures the essentials, then routes to your on-call number. She doesn't diagnose and she doesn't reassure.

Built in.Escalation rules are part of every setup and yours to change by text.

Never verifies insurance or takes history

She captures the basic scheduling information you approve. Insurance stays with your team. No medical history, medications or treatment details by voice.

Scheduling only,by rule, on every call.

FAQ

The questions practices actually ask.

Is Brooke a person?

No. She's software, and she says so in the first sentence of every call, along with the recording notice. Call her and ask.

Does she replace my front desk?

No. Your front desk keeps the day and the patients in front of it. Brooke takes the calls the desk can't reach: after close, when both lines are busy, on Saturday. It's the voicemail pile she gets rid of.

Where does patient information go?

To your team and nowhere else: texted as it's captured, logged with the recording and transcript, exportable anytime. She collects scheduling details only, never medical history, medications or treatment details by voice, and never insurance. We don't claim HIPAA compliance; if your workflow needs protected health information, that starts with a written agreement.

Why flat pricing instead of per call?

Because a line you're nervous to let ring is a line you'll turn off. A flat $600 means a busy month costs what a quiet month costs. Included minutes and the overage rate are written down before you sign.

What happens if I leave?

You give 30 days' notice. You remove the forwarding on your phone system, which takes a minute, because your number was always yours. You export your recordings, transcripts and call logs. That's it.

How fast does it go live?

Five to seven days from the setup call. Most of that is you listening to test calls and telling us what to change. Nothing goes live on your number until you've heard it and said yes.

Hear her take the call

Call Brooke. Say you cracked a tooth.

She'll take the call the way she'd take it for your practice: name, number, what's wrong, straight to the on-call line.
